Took my Peugeot 3008 yesterday to get Its navigation fixed. Excellent service, got car back the same day and it was washed and navigation was working perfectly. Bianca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for great service!

Excellent customer service from Opel. At 7am sharl was at the front desk helping customers. He was efficient and helpful and friendly. I then waited two hours before Ryan, whose not a driver and from another department came to get the rest of us to take to our destinations. I finally arrived at 10am. This was a major time waste and inconvenience. Opel did arrange for me to get my car in time for me to execute the rest of my responsibilities for the day. I can't understand how an establishment as big and busy as Williams Hunt Edenvale can't get more drivers? They would rather make us wait hours. The people who work there are awesome though, the best in the industry, who go the extra mile to make their customers experience unforgettable. If I had a company I'd poach all of them.

The best service ever. Garth Wilson exelent sales person who assisted us in our new vehicle. He knew the product and could answer all our questions. The lady that assisted us with the finance, exelent could get is much better rates from the bank than anyone else. Went to 2 other dealers and they didn't even came close. If you want exelent service this is the place to go. Thanks again to all the staff that assisted us you are all great.

Happy with the service done on the vehicle, however hospitality is lacking big time, you cant have coffee or tea at this dealership and there aren't coffee shops around either, am Sure a small Investment on a coffee machine won't hurt.
