Wow! ABSOLUTELY GREAT service. I’ve sent a service inquiry on Tuesday(10 Jan.) Received a response from KTM(Calvin) via email the next day(Wednesday) and I was also called on Thursday, the check if I got the service quote. Decided to take my bike for the service. When I arrived(17 Jan.) my bike was unloaded for me and checked in by Calvin. My bike was taken in for general service at 12pm. And was notified at 14:45 that the bike is being washed and will soon be ready. I’ve rarely, if ever received a bike back from service the SAME day. I’m VERY impressed with the service and response time. Thank you for getting me “Ready To Race”.🧡

What a great experience from the service desk to the workshop to sort out my countershaft leak on my 20 year old 640 Adventure. Each and every part purchased no mater how big or small Ruan got in record time. As a first time KTM owner I must say this is a brand I will happily stay with.

Modern dealership, still going through an upgrade, but shaping up to be the flagship. Sales reps are courteous and knowledgeable (of course) and do go the extra mile. Workshop is clean and well thought out. Only drawback to this dealership is that it is so far away.
