Servicing of the car was fine but I did not feel a personal touch to it. Had better experience at other dealers. Car was 2 months late for service and was told the extended service plan will not pay for it. I Called the company and it was not a problem. They did not even bother to find out. When I got there they took the paper work out and the first thing they told me.was the price of the service. Again not knowing the company had agreed to pay for the service. Mazda can always do better

Had a really great experience dealing with Mazda clearwater. Service wonderful, staff so friendly and they went the extra mile for me. My car had a small bump and I merely asked for a quote only to pick my car up to find out that they had fixed it at no extra charge as part of the service. I am very grateful for their service.

A sales person Sillo helped us with the info we needed. He was helping to the end. The fni we asked questions to had rush to a meeting instead of helping potential customers. Because the meetings is what pays the bills. Not people buying cars. Or do you sell so many that you don't have to worry about customers? Remember, sales go up and down. Customer service is constant!
