Best dealer in SA, where do you get a DP that will come out of his office to come and greet you, DES well done what an example to your staff. I was helped by Gontse Kutu who seems to be very knowledgeable and I must say the service was great and the other staff members were warm and kind. The cars are sleek and sophisticated with shimmering colour's. Exterior that seems to glow in the light. The smooth lines and curved contours of the vehicles design give it a luxurious and aerodynamic appearance

Went with DPF Exhaust self cleaning light that doesn't want to clear. The team immediately assisted me with the greatest eagerness and professionalism. Bought a P-Series earlier this year from GWM Hatfield through Kobus Snyman. Had a issue that caused a small scratch on my tailgate. He immediately assited in getting it booked in and repaired in day. Hi. I phoned Gwm Gezina to ask them a few questions regarding a 2011 GWM steed 5 bakkie. They didn't seem to be keen on telling me a few questions before i swap my Volvo XC90 t6 automatic for the bakkie. I then called GWM Hatfield, a honest salesman said he doesn't know much about the older 2.5 tci bakkies and said he's going to put me through to Francois ( the manager) What a pleasant experience, he answered al my question and even gave me much more info on the GWM Steed bakkie . After spoken to Francois i felt comfortable and did the swap. I highly recommend GWM Hatfield for professional assistance regarding buying a new or used car or just to speak to honest people who are more than willing to help and assist. Today i was at their dealership showroom and was was super impressed with their service and how neat and clean the showroom itself is. My opinion.... don't even bothe phoning other GWM and Havaal dealership...... Hatfield will definitely make you feel comfortable with highly motivated people to assist you
