Further to my initial review below, The vehichle mentioned below had a problem with overheating yesterday, Sunday 9 Jan 2022. Sadly I had to call Braam on the Sunday and was truly amazed anew. He apologised for not being able to assist on a Sunday as everything was closed BUT spoke to him after taking my Jeep to a workshop at around 09:30 this morning. We sent a quote to Golden Era Motors for the repair and the workshop was paid in full within an hour in order to rectify our problem (a manufacturer problem on the specific model as noted by Jeep USA) and not a dealer problem. However Braam and Golden Era Motors did not hesitate to assist today and sort out all costs immediately. Truly guys, this is breathtaking service. I am stunned and can promise hands down that we will never shop for a vehichle anywhere ever again except with Braam and Golden Era Motors in Pretoria. (Original review left unedited below)... Truly unexpected service. We were not able to visit the branch as we are based in the Western Cape. The salesman we dealt with -Braam- was amazing from the outset. We bought a Jeep Renegade and it was in exactly the condition he promised it to be. Buying a car you can not test drive or see in person from a dealer you can not visit -in the modern world where fraud and empty promises are rampant- often ends in disappointment, but this was a really amazing experience. Thank you for your trust in us as well Braam. All the follow-up calls and messages are truly appreciated and the gift was a huge bonus. If you are buying remotely or in person, ask for Braam in my opinion. He is super helpful and with him being big on small details really helped me with my OCD and fears. I will definitely recommend Golden Era Motors if you are in the market for a vehichle and definitely Braam if you are in the market for great service to boot. Thanks to all and best of success for the future. When we are looking for our next ride, we will be sure to make this our first stop.

I got a car there the Golden Era Motors and after a few weeks it gave me problems and took longer to sort out. But today Specifically because of Milton Papadakis and Bazil I can safely say I will do business with Golden Eras for as long as I live. The have been honest with me and open with me from the word go, doing follow ups etc. There has been testing times for me and for them but their concern for me as the customer and giving me the possible service I have ever receives has endeared me to this company.
