When we are emotional and angry we always tend to lash out online and express and anger and discontent about the lack of service we received. I think we need to rewire our thinking and put this energy into congratulating a service provider when they have gone the extra mile, above and beyond and offered an unexpected, exceptional service. I feel I owe this little gratuity to to Amanda Campher and Fury Ford Fourways Branch. I am blown away by the service I have received and will never take my car anywhere else and will ultimately result in my trading in my car and getting another Ford through this dealership because of this service. My car was brought in for diagnostics service on Thursday the 3rd of Feb to see if they could pick up and fix why my car was not changing gears smoothly and sticking. Amanda was always one step ahead. She called me to say that nothing was picked up by diagnostics but she was already one step ahead and sent through my claim to Ford as my clutch and gearbox could still be covered by my warranty. I would never have even thought of this as my car is over 5 years old. Living in South Africa where we battle so much to get service at times, it caught me unexpected and I just was blown away that someone had taken my problem on themselves to help me without asking. She could have quite easily just said its your clutch and gearbox and that will cost you XYZ. It turns out it was covered by warranty and that it would be a big procedure. Amanda again with such ease and thinking ahead before I could register to ask had arranged a courtesy car for me to use, updated me every step of the repair. Someone would swear I drove a million rand car with the prestige quality of service I received. I really dont. I arrived to collect my car today and it drives like a dream. Warranty covered everything and I drove away on a Friday morning with such a big smile on my face. None of this would have been possible if Amanda just did her job and didn't use her initiative and compassion to help me and go the extra mile. I am truly blow away and can only say thank you, thank you, thank you.

What can I say, I WISH there was a ford fury in cape town. We left for the cape four years ago and I popped in to quickly get a service book stamped. Not only did Willem remember us from when We bought our cars, he expedited the whole process of getting a service stamped for my replacement book. I WISH that We could find that kind of service in cape town, there is nearly an argument to drive the car up from cape town every year for its annual service, that is how amazing this dealership is.
