At initial contact, Sidaaqah made sure that she holds my hand through the entire process. She has had to motivate for me, together with Mpho, to ensure that I get approved for financing, but not only that, that my affordability needs are met. From application processing right down to me fetching the car, I have been supported and I really felt like I had a mother or big sister that was holding my hand through it all. This was my first “big girl” purchase, and it came with a lot of anxiety, but Mpho and Sideeqah explained things to me so that I understand what it is that I am getting myself into and how it’ll work. Thank you so much for being amazing to my mom and I.

It was my first time servicing my vehicle and this was my dealership of choice due to the excellent reviews however I am yet to be convinced because of the service I witnessed yesterday. For such a big dealer one service advisor for Mazda is unrealistic and unreasonable for the staff and your clients. I hope this is looked at and addressed with urgency because I did not get the service I had hoped for. I was 3rd to arrive in the morning and only got my vehicle at 17:05. My vehicle reeks of oil and there’s oil stains on the leather seats although the vehicle was washed. I am very disappointed, however after I had an engagement with the service department I am very appreciative of the urgency displayed after raising my concerns and this gives me reassurance that indeed customer service is valued. I appreciate the gesture to valet my car and I will be sure to return again on my annual service. With all being shared your willingness to address matters of concern deserves 5 stars.
