1st experience was excellent.i wanted to personalize my car reg number.. was taken from Pilar to post the lady who is assisting is not avail, nxt minute I got the quote of hw much it cost n never received any forms to fill. Now my car permit will expire in 2dys I dnt have reg number..this is so frustrating and not safe for a woman to drive a car without registration number especially at nite..
