Surely in these difficult times to have you people like Lerato ( who serviced me there. ) and the lady who took my request for booking the service, even explaining the limitations to my service ( like no washing of the car)and the technicians who worked on my car. ( well this car is mostly driven by my wife) When she saw the technical report she was quite happy. That's the reason for my response. Thank you.

First time client of Honda Hatfield (CMH Group I wish to comment as follows - i was very well received by Cyntia"workshop Manager" whom asked for my opinion on the CVT transmission. - She futher mentioned to me that they are using a wipe when they cleaned the cars and that it would not scratch the paint. My dealings with Service advisor was excellent . The manner that she came a across was customer service driven I furher wish to indicate on delivery my Honda looked like a new. Its remarkable.. The wipe they applied to the paint has brought out a shine and it looked immaculate Well done Honda Hatfield
