P.I've needed to speak to more than one person with either buying a vehicle, purchasing parts or servicing. Twice escalated issues to the manager. Perhaps they are too busy? Everyone seems rushed or uninterested. A stressful buying experience and I'm still not 100% everything is OK
J. J. v. R.Our vehicles are always serviced at CMH Kempster FORD Hatfield and generally we are satisfied. However yesterday was a total disaster. Arrived at service bay 06:20 second vehicle to be booked in. 08:30 receive call regarding repair of "chips" in windshield and cost involved. My resonse 'yes please proceed.' 13:22 receive email with quote for general service: Amount R00:00. Please confirm if we should continue with service? (What a bargain) Try phoning CMH to find out what the problem is, as all forms were signed for general service just after 07:00. Hold on for 20min to speak to the person responsible for the email. Phone again receive quote via telephone. Enquire why vehicle has not been attended to yet and ask to please be notified when vehicle is ready. "Yes Sir we will notify you personally or via SMS. Receive 2nd email with a totally different quoted amount. At 16:45 we decide to drive to CHM to sit an wait for vehicle to be finished. On arrival we see that vehicle is ready for collection. No call or SMS to inform us the vehicle is ready for collection! Person that sent emails and did the check in the morning had already gone home. Once again issues. The service book is stamped incorrectly. The only satisfactory service received was Torrent the courtesy driver that drove me home yesterday morning after checking the vehicle in for the service. Not impressed CMH Hatfield.
