My daughter bought a Tiggo 4, from Brits branch, with big fanfare and excitement, BUT she could not drive at night, because of the headlight beams that had a dark spot right in front of her view. She took her vehicle back to Brits numerous times, but nobody could fix this problem for her. She was at the point of returning her vehicle and cancel the sale, when I decided to call Pretoria Chery in Pta North. I spoke to Shaun and he gave me the name of Sylvester at their workshop in Gezina. I made an appointment for her at the workshop for the following Monday, she drove there on the Thursday before the appointment and asked if they could fit her in....they did. Not even half an hour later she was on her way back home. Last night, she drove to see what the beam looks like and lo and behold, she could see. Thank you Shaun, for walking that extra mile, thank you for actually listening to the customer and thank you for sending her to Sylvester. Chery almost lost a customer, a first time buyer, a single woman that needs to be safe on the roads especially at night. She will use your workshop in future, if need be, but going to Brits branch....NEVER. Pretoria North Chery, julle is YSTERS!!!
