I brought my brother’s BMW 228i for a brake service, driver’s airbag replacement campaign and the water pump for the windscreen spray jets needed to be replaced. The vehicle is out of Motorplan and the experience was amazing! Ashley booked the vehicle in, Faye was the service advisor who kept me up to date with the progress on the vehicle and Deepak, an incredibly experienced technician who really knows what’s plotting had the vehicle completed before 5:30pm. The vehicle was also washed and presented to me clean! I highly recommend BMW Bedfordview. Their sales and after sales services is beyond outstanding!

Hi recently had my Mini serviced at BMW Bedfordview. The car had a strange rattle that was audible on occasion. It was a challenging problem to solve as nothing obvious seemed to be causing the problem. BMW Bedfordview patiently investigated and was able to identify the source and fix the issue. Best experience I've had at a car dealership and I've been there 4 times in the last 4 months. Receptionists are all extremely friendly and helpful. Went there for a test drive on a second hand car where the salesman was really helpful, patient, friendly and honest. Then went for a new key on my car, where lady was also very helpful, with a lot of knowledge on the car and service inquiries. Was offered beverages quick service, no sales people tried to force something on me. Just pure good service all in all that gets taken for granted these days in SA.
