I always come here after church. Their sofserve is really good, but it is the toppings that really make them incredibly delicious. There is no other place in Cape Town like this one that I know of. If you want a cold treat during that hot summers day, Dairy Den is the way to go. Their prices are decent and they also do Donuts, milkshakes and even coffee for those who are interested. This 'cafe' is certainly worth a visit if you are in the area. PS I recommend the Honey Comb Crunch!!! Thank me later.

The most creative and inviting Ice Cream shop I've ever visited. Their ice creams are incredible, unlike anything you've probably tasted. They also have a loyalty program where a certain amount ice cream purchases scores you a free ice-cream. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place to get soft serve on a hot day. The ice cream itself is ok, it’s the dip on the ice cream that is good! They have doughnuts, but they aren’t the most amazing. Surprisingly the doughnut ice cream sandwich (soft serve between 2 cinnamon doughnuts with a chocolate glaze) was actually really good and very well priced. Definitely just get that!

Seen that Kenilworth Dairy den is my favourite, I didn’t expect any different at the sea-point branch. Upon entering the lady working there was mopping. The mop had an awful rotten smell…. Assuming it was a “JIK” of some sort. Service lacked energy, and smiles, as if I disturbed her cleaning… Everything thereafter was off putting. I will stick to Kenilworth Branch. Sorry Seapoint. 2.39pm -17 November.

It's a cold almost Winter Saturday.. and coffee with doughnuts was exactly what I needed🍩 Ice-cream was definitely an option as their ice-creams are always delicious😋 But I chose coffee instead and it was the perfect choice 👌 warmed my insides all warm and fuzzy with that yummy cinnamony doughnut mmm... Items are reasonably priced, visually appealing and very tasty🤩

Nestled in Sea Point Main Road. Infamous for their black wafer cones and delicious ice creams 🍦 and donuts 🍩. Flavor toppings are out of this world and will make your mouth water while waiting for your sweet treat!! Their motto on the wall just makes your soul smile.. Life is Sweet!! And you won't break the bank to enjoy such a decadent treat.

What a find! Was a very hot day in Cape Town today and whilst walking along Main Road in Seapoint we passed The Dairy Den. We were immediately drawn in by the cool decor and photos of their delicious ice-creams and donuts. The ice-creams we ordered looked just as amazing as the photos, and tasted great! We'll definitely be back during the next hot Cape Town beach day :-)

At the Dairy Den, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the ice cream flavors were delicious. The "Den's Delight" flavor, with caramel and pecans, was particularly tasty. The joyful atmosphere and shared moments made me look forward to returning.

The staff is lovely and the ice-cream is delicious. It's soft and creamy. I ordered the Blue Goo on a regular cone, not knowing what to expect but I was not disappointed. It tasted a bit like bubblegum, but not your standard bubblegum flavouring. There's tasted a lot better. My S/O ordered the coffee and caramel. she did not like it that much, and neither did I. I think the caramel-coffee balance was a bit off.

Great and Tasty! This small hidden gem in Seapoint is perfect for when you craving a sweet treat. The ice cream is smooth and delicious and they have a variety of options and flavors to choose from. We were lucky enough to get a fathers day "2 for 1" deal. Donut and icecream cone. Yummy

Good treats!! Donuts are cheap and fresh, the nutella filled balls are delish. The ice cream has lots of options, generous portions too. Only complaint is both times something has been off with the order. Once it was ordering chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream, but I just got vanilla. This time half and half ordered, but just got one flavour. Otherwise, friendly service and pretty quick. There's a queue on any good weather day, but it moves fast.

Ice-cream is pretty novel, with interesting flavours. Pricing is a little high for frozen dairy, but its worth the experience... Which is what you're really paying for. Store is also a pretty good background for taking photos.

There is no denying the Dairy Den has a really cool, retro vibe to it. Their menu is interesting, offering lots of variety in doughnuts and ice cream creations. You can have a pink or black cone which is really just a gimmick as it doesn't taste like anything else, but is part of the experience nonetheless. I wasn't too impressed with the ice cream itself as it tasted like any soft serve, but maybe I just played it too safe in my choice.

If you love the donut center in Canal Walk, you'll love this little shop. It's the experience I was hoping Dunkin Donuts would have given. It's definitely a must have! The soft serve is also pretty decent. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Good alternative since dunkin donuts have closed down. We have 4 gourmet donuts , a double thick chocolate milk shake and a waffle cone soft serve dipped in Belgium chocolate. The donuts were decent , the kit Kat was the best. The chocolate milkshake was amazing , tasty but not overloaded with sugar. The disappointment was the waffle cone , the cone itself tasted like burnt toast , the soft serve was satisfactory but the Belgium chocolate dipping was really good. I will go back.

Quaint little shop that packs alot of power when it comes to delicious ice cream, donuts and milkshakes. Love this spot, even though it has a little seating, the location demands that you rather take your goodies and enjoy the stunning mountains views while browsing the area or making your way to the promenade.

I love the ice cream. It's my favourite ice cream spot in Cape Town. We went for ice cream and ordered the chocolate ice cream in a sugar cone. We only had the exact amount as specified on the menu but when they rang it up it was more expensive. We asked why and we're told that the chocolate ice cream is extra. Was a bit annoying,, we couldn't see where it specified the extra cost on the menu. They had already made the cones so had to go and draw more money.

Enjoyed the ice cream. I ordered the Caramel cone and would have it again. Next time I'll have a Doh!nut. Seating can be an issue when the place is full. Fortunately you can walk down to the beach to enjoy your ice or Doh!nut if there aren't any seats available.

It wins compared to its price.. The classic sugar donuts are nice, their American coffee is also very excellent.. The Nutella waffles are delicious, but for the sweet ones, take care :) Good luck to you. We took three donuts, two coffees, and a waffle for 126 rand 👌🏼
