Subject: Feedback on recent purchases I have always enjoyed your samosas and have been a loyal customer. However, I wanted to share my disappointment with my last three purchases, particularly with the spicy mince and chicken varieties. The spicy mince was neither spicy nor adequately salted, which is a significant departure from the usual quality I’ve come to expect. My favorite, the spicy chicken, has also been lacking in flavor. I purchased a batch on December 27, 2024, and found it to be quite bland. I truly value your products and hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality your customers love.
