Excellent butchery with the finest cuts of lamb, mutton, fish and poultry. This butchery is Hindu and Muslim friendly and does not sell pork or beef products. Gets very busy on the weekends but is well worth the visit!

Wide range. very good prices. Frys approved factory store for large range of soya products! Buy lamb, mutton, chicken or fish by weight and cut to order. Good varietyof fresh fish. Turkey is not halaal. Eggs, rotis, biltong, cheese, frozen convenience foods, frozen vegetables, crabs, prawns, shrimp, mussels, calamari and meat offals all on offer. Cash only. No card facilities!

Heavy queues at month end in the main Butchery make it a nightmare for people who have a fear of crowds. However the quality of the consumables here and the wide range of mutton , chicken and fish and of course the tradional trotters,sheephead and even bones for our pet dogs has everyone coming back month after month They also have a delicious range of crumbed chicken and crumbed chicken pops that will definitely give 🍗 KFC a run for its money On a positive note 📝 almost alot of what one requires for their daily meal consumption can be sourced here and also note many traditional Indian treats like Murkhoo,Chevda,Sev and Nuts,to different sauces and pickles can be found in this butcher shop Outside w a minimal walk Fresh fruit and vegetable as far as the eye can see is a housewives delight at the many stalls And the in- house Derby supermarket with many daily specials is worth the visit All in all I would highly recommend anyone visiting our town to pop in.
