First time going to the MoiMooi spa. Had a lovely facial experience. Had my nails done, however I wasn't too happy that they made the length of my nails too short. But all in all, was a good experience. Definitely will recommend.

I wasn't happy with the reception. There were 3 girls at the desk and 2 was chatting to one lady who came in at the same time as us. We had to wait for almost 2 mins before they attended to us. The spa treatment however was wonderful. The staff was very friendly who gave us the treatment. Besides the reception incident, I will gladly go for more treatments when necessary.

I was approached by Alicia Frantz for a membership with Mooimooi at a great deal. It was an easy conversation to have as she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She explained the business operations and assisted me in signing up in no time. And any question i had even after signing up she made sure they were answered. I would definitely recommend the business and Alicia Frantz as the person to speak to and sign up with.

Nice staff. Great contacts for regular massages if you like to de-stress. It's hardly a 5 star establishment, but the staff are friendly and it's good value.

I recently signed up for a spa package with one of their amazing consultants over the phone, and went for my 1st treatment on Saturday I had a fantastic experience staff was friendly, spa was neat definitely worth it, I booked treatments for my family and friends this is such an awesome package it is so easy to make bookings on their user friendly website 5 stars to this spa Had my hair done by Marge she is so professional, my hair still looks amazing thank you marge you are a true gem :)
