The experience was so great and counselor(sis Musa) was so friendly and it made me be more open about my issues. She actually made the sessions more easier for me, she seemed to understand my situation so much. She never judges and she gives the best advices and do some follow ups for the previous sessions... I would recommend Company Wellness Solutions to anyone who needs their help. I am satisfied with their service. Thank you Company Wellness Solutions and Sis Musa, big ups.

Counselling can be very uncomfortable at the beginning, however it gets better with time and with the perfect match and that for me is my counsellor Cassandra. She is such an amazing soul and I love how I can be open and honest with her, without the fear of being judged. The giggles we share every session are truly something I look forward too every time. I absolutely love her approach, because she never tells me what to do instead she always helps become cautious and aware of what I am truly feeling which then helps decide what I want to do. I never looked forward to getting homework at school especially in Geo but it’s funny how I get excited whenever Cassandra gives me homework.😊

It’s been a lil over a month that I’ve been having my sessions with Philadelphia ♥️. She’s totally amazing, I’ve always struggled to open up but with her it’s so easy. I really wish our sessions could be longer if not everyday .

Had amazing experience. My counsellor Lebo was very good with timekeeping, listening attentively and giving feedback when necessary. She allowed me to vent which is what I required mainly but also gave insights that calmed me down and pushed me to think about my life situations with a different perspective. Used CWS as our EAP in a contact Centre environment. Also had a Q&A session with someone from their legal department regarding a legal matter involving title deeds

I for one have never been one for counselling I always thought working on your issues and problems yourself is the easiest way cause no one judges you. But must say the 1 session I have had so far with Eunice was the best satisfactory service and having that person to listen to you. Definitely looking forward to my next session.

If there was a journey to be grateful of, it's would be a journey embarked with this company & Lizzy. Not so long ago, I was a mess. Mpho Senwedi was amazing setting me up with my registration, from the first call I made with my query she was on top of things. Client service was top notch, very quick responses, efficient and prioritized my query like I was the only one she was dealing with. It was a long process due to my own dealings when registering but her never give up attitude till I was satisfied made a world of difference with constant feedback telephonically and on email on progress was unbelievable. I have never experienced service like this and if this is how I have started in joining Company Wellness Solutions I’m certainly looking forward to what you have to offer in this journey already feeling like home.
