S. M.We've been to Bounce Fourways many times over the past few years and have had a great experience. Yesterday however my little ones (aged 3&5) were bouncinf by the basketball area downstairs. A staff member by the name of Micheal walked up to them and instructed them to bounce on the same trampoline so that another child who he walked up with can bounce one of the two trampolines. Confused I asked him if it is not against the rules to have two bouncers on one trampoline he said no it was not and that it would make it easy for everyone to share. Mind you, we had been there only a total of 5minutes. I frequent Bounce and have been in that corner several times and parents (including myself) are very good at encouraging children to share. If the child he walked up with had been waiting for a turn for at least 5 minutes I could understand if he walked up to us to ask if we could encourage our kids to share. This was not the case. We had been there a short while, waltzed up to my kids and told them to get on one trampoline together (as if we didn't pay R125 for each of them to bounce only to have a STAFF MEMBER willingly put their safety as risk AND persist with his lie and discrimination when I asked him about thr rule). I told myself I would sleep on this before I post. I have slept on it and it is clear that MICHEAL was clearly disregarding my kids exposing his own racism. I am hurt for my kids and put off by his behaviour. @Bounce Fourways please train your staff on the pitfalls of exercising racism in the workplace. It's 2024, we shouldn't have to point this out let alone experience it. I am looking forward to your response.

T. D.Very nice place and quite organised. They can be a bit abrupt on the verge of rude, in the sense that a person feels rushed especially for a pary booking in the eating area!
D. F.Bounce has the most welcome atmosphere. All the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have the best interactions with children. I notice them always trying their best to keep everything neat and clean. External food and drinks aren't allowed, but the shop inside has quite a variety of items to buy. They even offer coffee and small meals like a toasted sandwich and fries. This is a great place to take children or even you and your friends to have a blast.

I have a toddler and a 9 month old and they were playing in the toddler section for the entire duration - they loved every minute of it! We also hosted my toddler's birthday party there which was super exciting for all the kids. This place is one of the most kid-friendly places to be in jhb.

The well trained and super friendly staff made every aspect of the visit fun. From collecting our tickets and socks and the jokes that was made through the awesome folks that kept kids and adults entertained (and some of us exhausted) for the whole day.
The food on offer was delicious and you can never go wrong with mountains of popcorn.

There are a wide variety of activities ranging from games to obstacle courses to trick areas to free range... all challenging fun. The party fare was average. The concession stand adequate.

An obstacle course upstairs with balancing poles, slip line and fireman pole sliding into a soft place
Also basket ball with trampolines under, making it fun to bounce and score
Had to get used to it

I. P.Went in on the last slot (18:00 -19:00)of the day and either due to the fact that it was school holidays orbit is just normally that busy on a Saturday evening I found the place to be quite packed and it is very hard to maintain the rule of one person per trampoline when usually there is a kid and a parent accompanied by the child. Also personally I found it to be quite chaotic and besides the trampolines there is a like a zip line,mini activity course,cliff jump and also a toddlers area which could of been marked and shown to the audience visiting I literally went exploring in the last 15min and found it. Be it said was to little time for the kids to make use. I also found the music to be loud and disco like,maybe I am getting old.

A. G.Had an awesome time, Monday night at the 6pm session. Very few people were there so we had a lot of room to ourselves.
The staff are seriously awesome people, I felt like they had genuine interest in us having a good time.
Will definitely go again and I'd recommend this to anyone, regardless of your level of experience with trampolines, basketball, parkour obstacle course or dodgeball.
S.Very fun experience. I suggest rather going at a quieter time to get the most out of your experience. The staff is friendly and the facilities are awesome. The only downside is that the price is fairly high, still worth it nonetheless.

R.great venue for the kids to burn out in a healthy way. my son had his birthday there with a big group of friends and the facillitators were incredible. they relate to kids so well. a very organized venue. as a parent moving around observing I just find the very loud music off putting. then mind you ors not my taste in music. the teens at least like it.
C. B.A fun place to let loose of all your energy for you or a whole family. There is great entertainment that can last the whole day or just 2 hours. I'd go there for a birthday or if I'm just board of shopping for groceries. Just bring some change for socks and a drink or two. If you live in the area and like trampoline parks you might want to sign up for a membership [that's even a nice birthday present ;-) ]

Within the last month I've been there four times and thanks to the officals there, have learned how to wall-run (super recommend that) if you want to get more bang for your buck, i suggest booking in advance online and selecting "Mega Mania" i.e. pay for 1 hour but get 2 OR on Fridays and Saturdays, pay for a Super session i.e. R170 for 3 Hours!
