H. K.Good day, I would like to commend your security personnel. On the 17th December around 3pm, I was in the mall and in the mayhem of Christmas buying, I left my wallet at the ATM. One can imagine how frantic anyone would be in the situation - this was me! Your security took my wallet and kept it with them. I was so so so relieved and appreciate his assistance. Please thank him - I really appreciate him. I do work for FNB and would like the regional head to also give him some form of accolade please.

Judy Moodley was absolutely amazing. Being hearing impaired, I was struggling to hear per telephone whilst reporting an incident on my Account.
Judy got up, out of her working area, and immediately assisted me without prompting done by me. I actually never even noticed her. She assisted me in between helping another client, right to the end. Which was well over an hour.
Not the first time I've received such help from FNB Scottburgh.
