N. M.I made a booking on eHomeAffairs to do my passport at this branch. Went in on the date and time of my booking and was out within 30 minutes. The line is a little long but moves quickly. Fingerprints and picture is done within 5 minutes. My passport was ready for collection 7 days later. It took 10 minutes to collect. Security guards are posted outside and they make you feel safe while walking in town. It's best to do your ID and passport at the same time - I made the mistake of not getting my Smart ID at the same time.

M. P.I always get a good service whenever I go there. Too bad I'll have to change banks cause they're now closing down branches. There's no longer a branch close to my residence or work place so, I'll change to the bank that's easily accessible to me. Ciao!
