S. H.Two card payments were fraudulently made from my account last night. I immediately stopped my card, and had to go through the annoyance of having to go to a branch to get a new card.
Obviously I was in a pretty bad mood, seeing as quite a bit of money was taken from my account, and I did not get much joy from their WhatsApp consultant last night.
And then I met Tumi..... Tumi, Tumi, Tumi.... Where do I begin?
I sure hope that you, and your higher-ups see this message.
What an absolute amazing experience I had, purely by having the pleasure of meeting you today at the Northmead Square branch. Your overwhelming friendliness is matched only by your effectiveness and willingness to assist. You turned my horrible mood on its head completely, and it was an absolute delight having you assist me!
Like I said at the branch, you were born to deal with people in a face-to-face position, in whatever capacity it may be! It is not often I meet someone whose bubbling personality makes me feel so at ease and taken care of!
