My first time visiting and I happened to stumbe upon this gem. FRESH cakes....HOT pies...AMAZING coffee (and the large cup did NOT disappoint!) The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a lovely first visit. I will definitely be returning.

I have been buying from Fulhams for many years. HIGHLY recommend. BEST fresh cream do'nuts. Their crispy rolls are "to die for". BarOne chocolate slice... DELICIOUS. YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG BUYING HERE. SITUATED: Lena Ahrens Rd, very close to Durban Girls High.

While the service was efficient, I found the store to be sparsely stocked, and as a bakery; not much to choose from. I was rather shocked to see only bread rolls and buns and no breads on sale besides those that are bought in from the larger bakeries. The store is in desperate need of an upgrade. It seems that they are concentrating on the few tables situated outside, serving as a mini coffee shop rather than the bakery. This little establishment could be a magical spot. I used to live in the area and purchased there every day. It is the only store where one can buy the essentials for quite a distance surrounding it. It is a rather busy little store, but has deteriorated over the last few years - such a pity

The addition of a coffee shop to the bakery is a phenomenal decision. It provides a nice meeting spot for a great cup of coffee with the option of all sorts of delicious treats on the side. Wade has created an inviting and comfortable environment and his focus on serving a quality product is noteworthy. Definitely a local business worth supporting.

Consistent quality cakes, confectioneries and pies. The spinach and feta pie is uniquely their own and definitely worth a try (2021.06.16 EDIT: I'm sorry, but I have to take you down to 3 Stars because THERE IS NO FETA in your Spinach and Feta pie any more. Calling it Spinach and Feta is false advertising, its just spinach pie now). The pecan nut pie is great too, and the fresh cream donuts i dare say are unparalleled (go on, prove me wrong). I think what might be putting people off is the shabby interior (needs a revamp!), but this does not detract from the quality of their food. (2021.06.16 EDIT The outside coffee shop is feeling vibey, good job on that one)

Goods are priced well. Nice cakes. If you want your cake too sweet or moderately sweet, you have the opportunity to decide. Birthday or occasion celebration cakes can aslo be order. They also have an outside sitting anre if you want to eat you purchased item (pir, sausage roll or cake and beverages). Located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Fulham Bakery is a staple in the Glenwood area. They make arguably the best pies in Durban Parking is plentiful and their prices are very good. R19 FOR A PIE is very competitive. They would of gotten a 5 star if they had a larger variety of pastries. Like cannolis for example. Buy having said that they are still far better than other better known bakeries

Very small cupof capuchins and. Chocolate cake made with bar one. Very rich. Bread was not as good as I was recommended. Very tough crusts. Sorry but visit was recommended. Very disappointing.
