What a beautiful amd quirky place to get your sugar fix. The baked goods is divine, the smoothies cold and the atmosphere so nice and cosy. Loved the decor as well. Will definitely be back. Too many other goodies to try out!

Absolutely excellent!!!! Super friendly service and the cakes are delicious. Very good value for money especially considering the quality and attention to detail. The decor is also beautiful and it's such a lovely place to sit!

I can totally recommend Blissful Baking's GLUTEN FREE baked coconut cheesecake. It is amazingly light and so very yummy. And those who are worried about the coconut taste - nope, this is perfectly balanced in terms of taste and texture too. Probably my most favourite of favourite cheesecakes, and I'm not even a gluten free eater! And a bonus - it looks pretty too! 🤣 I took a take-away, but walked through the coffee shop. It is tastefully decorated with loads of character. A welcoming and comfortable place with friendly and very helpful staff that know their product well and ... did I mention that they have amazing eats!

While we have been supporting Blissful Baking for a while (and I have recommended him to everyone I meet), I decided to approach Hendrik to bake my wedding cake. Wow, what service! He sat down with us (without my having an official appointment), and went through SO much trouble. He looked at my photos, took thorough notes and offered suggestions, and really went through ALL of the available options (by the way, so much more than one would think!). He even brought little moulds of the possible flowers he thought I would like, and used clay to illustrate what they would look like outside of the moulds. Nothing was too much effort or trouble, and his advice was spot on. Definitely do trust his opinion; he knows what he is doing! I love the fact that his cakes are artistically customised just for you - he will take your ideas to the next level. This business is ideal for customers who want to avoid the snobby, commercialised atmosphere of many bakers. Professional, creative, amazingly tasty, and down-to-earth, genuine and humble people. Be sure to contact them in advance, as his orders per week are limited to ensure quality and timely delivery. A true gem in the Vaal! I cannot wait to see my wedding cake. Thank you again.
