I have to express how grateful I am to Bevan Abrahams and Nissan Tokai branch. From the beginning of my enquiry to the last minute of the key handover I received star treatment, I could not have had a better sales exec at such an important moment of my life. As paper work was being pushed, I was very excited and may have made one or two EXTRA calls to him during the process and man he was just as excited for me as I was. His energy matched mine and it made the whole journey feel so natural. It was a real pleasure dealing with such a positive, happy individual. If you're reading this it must mean you're wanting to get a car, ask for Bevan Abrahams if you want VIP treatment.

2 Consultants saved the day for this organization. When I walked in a group was sitting and chatting not being very helpful. From start to finish amazing service I've never seen such amazing work ethic, professionalism and going beyond the call of duty for a customer and I say this working in customer service myself. Both individuals made me feel like a VIP and being only 25 years of age with the baby face hard to come by lol. Today I took my vehicle in for a simple check of my indicator light and the service remains the same if not better than when I bought the vehicle a month ago lol. Service is a bit slow here but staff treat you well here. One of the employees in the Parts Department was really helpful and friendly. However he doesn't sound like it over the phone but face to face he is fantastic.

What fantastic service from Nissan especially the mechanic Neil. My vehicle had a knocking noise from the front right hand side of my vehicle. Neil worked on my car for 3 hours and eventually found a metal rod which I had put on the floor in the back of my car. It fell into the chassis causing the noise. It was my fault and despite the hours Nissan didn't charge me a cent. Wow what great service. I can highly recommend Nissan Tokai.
