F. R.These 5 stars are for the incredible Celeste! After taking our car to four other mechanics for an intermittent clunk, and being told there was nothing wrong with it(as per their diagnostic machine), Celeste actually listened to us, and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem! She's the best!
E.I was referred to Motospot 2 years ago for my C class that is out of motorplan. The service received coupled with good value, has been nothing short of exemplary!! Since then, my vehicle needed front brake pads replacing recently which is when Shane took it for a test drive and found that there was a lag on the gear changing. Something I had noticed since the software upgrade done by Mercedes in 2020 but I ignored it. Shane recommended leaving it with Motospot for a day so they could check the vehicle over more thoroughly. Motospot ran diagnostic tests and other mechanical checks and found that the software had "bugs" that needed to be "flushed out" first then re-loaded the software upgrade which solved the issue!!!!!
Mercedes Clmt should have done this correctly in the first place!
My vehicle drives as though it has just come off the showroom floor!!!! There was absolutely NO CHARGE for all the time effort and labour taken to resolve this issue!!!!!! I'm still amazed ! A Very BIG THANK YOU to Shane and Taylor for your professionalism, friendliness and great work ethic.

R.My E350 had a vibration coming from underneath the car at low speeds, other shops wanted to replace my drive shaft, after a quick diagnosis by Rudy he recommended I get my tires checked for flat spots or bubbles. He was correct and he easily recommended the solution while knowing they will not make any money on the job. Thank you
