N. H.The manager (Michael) and all the staff at CK Coachworks Express are truly amazing!
They did an incredible job in the shortest possible time! I’m very happy with the outcome and service.
The story is that my car was hit on the road by a shuttle bus of “Albatross Marine Services” which had an unprofessional driver. A mistake of one unprofessional driver caused me a lot of stress and problems. Fixing my car cost R20 779.88
Of course, I have “the best” insurance in South Africa ( Santam and I chose Premium Insurance ), but still, we all know what insurance companies are like and how much time you can waste on just making a claim. Even with “the best” insurance in South Africa, the insurance company tried to cheat and put excess payment of R 5 500 which I didn’t request from the beginning. In conclusion I payed R 5 500 from my pocket.
Only CK Coachworks worked properly and fast. I was surprised by this amazing service and the professionalism of the staff. A Big thank you to all of them!

I was always kept updated on the progress of my repair. Shaheema, one of their team, even actively helped me with chasing up my insurance's approval after my claim got somehow "lost" in the insurer's system. Their staff is very professional, helpful and really technically knowledgeable and managed to fix my latest problem on the spot instead of coming up with some expensive quotation.
