I had a vibration on my drivetrain and popped into Vryheid Gearbox Centre to see if they could assist. I am from out of town and immediately they got into the vehicle with me to diagnose the problem. It was soon very apparent that my rear universal had reached end of life. They squeezed my vehicle in to get repaired even though they were very busy. Furthermore they looked at the entire drivetrain and identified additional issues and hot straight to work on getting it sorted. What stood out for me is how everyone I dealt with was 110% customer focused. I have not had this kind of service in a very long time. I just want to say WELL DONE Vryheid Gearbox Centre.
