Fast efficient service. I had a problem with the battery after replacement. ( battery not holding charge and not charging when the phone is off ) This was professionally resolved on my second visit. By a highly trained Wandile. Who were able to explain what caused the problem. Phones, like computers don't always behave when repaired. Wandile was extremely helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend paying them a visit if you have a problem with your phone.

My Samsung Galaxy A21s is only 6 months old and was flashing like crazy, it didn't allow me to access or use it at all. I googled Samsung pmb and the search came up with this store. I called and the friendly staff requested me to come in to have a look at the device. I was so relieved that there was a store to help me on a Sunday. From the time my husband and I entered till we left; we had experienced professionalism, friendliness , helpful and accommodating staff that is well learned and dedicated to customer satisfaction. My device was assessed and repaired in under an hour , all my stress was alleviated. Thank you for your excellent service and help. Everyone must work, but for many of us that job isn’t just a paycheck, it’s an opportunity to express ourselves and make something better. Neilen is the most helpful guy I have ever come across.. There work is fast, affordable and effective.. Vodacom said they had replaced my note 20 ultras speaker 3 times over a period of a year it just kept braking and felt like the most frustrating experience but once I got Samsung Smart Care on board all my problems were solved. I decided to leave this comment a few months after they repair my phone so I can see they my phone doesn't act up again. They definitely run the extra mile, my phone is still 100%.. Well done to Neilen and his friend team 👏👏👏👏😇

I had drowned my phone and took it in to the Samsung in petermaritzburg cascades.... Despite not being able to repair it, the service I got was really good, they kept on coming out to inform me on what is happening and what they are doing and ran through all the options with me!
