I’m more than happy with their professional service and repairs done on my BMW 1200 GSA. Their meticulous attention to detail is better than what I received from a reputable dealer in the past. I was kept well informed on the progress by Tereza and the communication was better than expected. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I have had work done on both my Harley CVO Street Glide as well as my BMW 1250 GS and all I can say is excellent service all round from the front desk ladies right through to the workshop. Steve is a very experienced and very knowledgeable man and an expert in his field. I was given facts and he backed it up with proof on repairs that were performed on my bikes. By far the most professional and customer focussed Harley Service Centre in Southern Africa - outstanding knowledge skills and competency displayed on tuning and trouble shooting / rectifying a oil pressure issue at idle - oil pump was scuffed and thus a pressure loss Outstanding hospitality shown whilst waiting the day for the completion of a dyno tune and oil pump change as well as adjusting/fixing defects -Attention to Detail is phenomenal The only - but only service centre to take your beloved Harley Davidson to
