There are very few honest people in this world. I self diagnosed my vehicle symptoms from watching YouTube videos and booked a service to replace my AOS. The awesome team at RS Motorsport did a full diagnostic of my vehicle, including checking the AOS and advised that the car is in great condition, the problem is that it has been standing to long and that the problem will disappear when I take it for a decent ride - This is exactly what I did and the symptoms disappeared.
