I had to replace the windscreen on my 35-year-old Chevy pickup, an import from the USA. Once the replacement windscreen arrived at the local spare parts importer, I searched for an installer near my home and found Diamond Auto Glass. I sent an email, and Shaun responded in no time to advise that they could assist with the installation; he even arranged for his driver to collect the windscreen from the importer. I dropped the vehicle at their premises the following morning and was met by Jessica, who provided the most friendly and efficient check-in service I have ever experienced. They notified me once the job had been completed, and I went to collect the vehicle. The fitment had been done perfectly, and they had also cleaned the inside of the vehicle. Even though the job required more effort than expected (understandable given the fact that the vehicle is so old), they didn't charge me more than the original quote. I will not take any of my vehicles to another installer as long as these guys remain in business! A huge thanks to Shaun, Jessica and their team for the most amazing customer service.

It's been over a month now since they replaced my windscreen. No problems so far. Takes about 45 min for the fitment and about 3 hours waiting time for the windscreen to settle. There's a lounge area where you can sit and wait while they do the fitment. Great service, great quality, at an affordable price. I highly recommend.
