The service is good, and they are meticulous. Make sure nothing is wrong with your vehicle. Stone-chips will be sent for repairs within 2 weeks. But overall, they run a well-oiled machine.

Extremely professional team, they can be trusted. I recommend them. Got there later like 2pm and was done with roadworthy inspection by 5pm.. if I got there in the morning I would have left before midday for sure. Great team.

Expectings met above and beyond. We are usually quick to complain and slow to compliment. But lemme be one of the few to send my thanks to the team. I arrived late for my appointment, on top of that had some issues with arranging payment. To say they were understanding and helpful would be an understatement. Personal thanks to Bree who helped out a lot with asmin side. And a massive thanks to the manager who even gave me a quick rundown on the inspection and a few lessons. In business, altercations occur and expectations aren't met but I'd be lying if I said I weren't happy with the service I recieved.

The service was fast, however if you get there with a couple of vehicles before you, be prepared to wait. Or you can even leave your car, run some errands then come collect it.

Came here to get a roadworthy certificate. Paid R576 for it. I came here on a Saturday, dropped off my car, went shopping, came back after 2 hours and it was done. The only issue I have is that pricing is not available anywhere for their services. The guy showed me the pricing list, I asked for a copy but he refused. Not sure why they so secretive about it.

There's no appointment given, so you have to wait till you're serviced, which is quite inconvenient. On the plus side, the staff were quite helpful

Their service is the best,and examiner's are friendly they can also explain things u don't understand about your vehicle.All I can say about Dekra is that if you want safety/quality that is where u will get it.
