What great service I received from the Cedar Branch staff (Valley ViewShopping centre)! The team managed to squeeze me in at the last minute, after they had a cancellation. They kept me informed regarding the car service during the course of the day and arranged for a pick up for me when the car service was completed. The price I paid was the price they had given me over the phone when I asked for a quotation (no hidden/extra costs) The car was well serviced, properly washed, smelling extra fresh, with some sweet treats from the Car Service team placed in the car! Great service. Spencer and Precious helped me out in a tight spot with my breaks. Ford has quoted me R8000 but Car Service Centre helped me reduce the costs. I had a flight to catch so I was up against the clock but they prioritized my car. Will definitely use them again.

The best service. Professional. I drove to this one specifically because I have been there before. They really go over and above what is expected. The air fresher and sweets you get after with a proper clean is always pleasant. The fact that they are on time. It's the most comfort you can get, especially if you are solely dependent on your baby.

I recently had a rather costly service done at another provider but having paid I was left with a serious gear crunch and oil leak. Tried Car Service City to see what they could do. From first call I can only speak in highest terms - highly professional all the way. Thorough and transparent. Knew exactly what to expect and was delighted to get more than I asked and paid less than I dreaded. Cannot praise them highly enough. They're really nice people and I wish them the success they deserve.

Service excellent. In touch the whole time through WhatsApp. They even delivered my car to me on special request Only reason for 4stars, took 3 full days! Battled to get the right oil seal... Supplier issue apparently.. eventually got the part through kiA. Car was received back clean and spotless

Friendly & professional staff. Got a free Uber ride home (free if you live within 5km of the workshop). Got updates at each stage of the job. Collection date & time was as promised. Car was cleaner than I’ve seen it in a long time.
