It was just luck that I came across Marise and her team when my young son had his first job and was able to qualify for a bond. She took him through the process from start to finish, including the sourcing of the bond, making his Will ( now that he had assets) and guiding him through the very scary adult business of first property ownership. She made time to meet in person and was a superb teacher in instructing " how to read a contract, young man!" We are so grateful to her. Almost immediately, a crisis meant that my daughter in the US, facing pandemic restrictions, had to sell her studio in SA. We returned to Marise who took on the complicated business of selling while the owner was out of the country. She was absolutely clear in her instructions, even while operating within a different legal system, and communicative the whole time. It made the process seem simpler than I ever anticipated. She held substantial monies for us in her Attorney's trust and her accounting and transparency in her reconciling of that account was just a delight to experience for this nervous seller.
