Dekker Prokureurs decided to pay a full amount of occupational rent that was payable by us for a property transfer that was done by them. Their correspondent in Cape Town slipped up and caused a delay so they felt it was the right thing to do. This was way more than the right thing, they took full resposibility and did themselves in for a problem they did not even cause. I still cannot believe that there are people like this in the world.
