I applied for a firearm licence with them, initial engagement was very prompt and professional. After submission of the documents they just disappeared off the face of the world, did reply to any emails(about 5 emails) requesting updates after nothing happened in the time frame they said I would receive the license, never phoned back when I left messages... I had to resort to phoning the firearms seller that referred me to them, and tell them how poor the service was and that they should stop referring people to them - then I got some reaction! Beyond all that, they did get the job done, and eventually I did receive my license...just don't expect any sort of feedback during the process.
