My son was Court up in a very complex battle with the biological mother of his son which is a minor child. There was severe parent alienation and astrangement visible for 7 years from the mother's side. The case was running in the Children’s Court for 5 years & 5 months with our former Attorneys, without the case progressing. The matter took an unexpected turn to the High Court with an Urgent Application. We were referred to DPS Attorneys on the 11th hour before appearing in the High Court. DPS Attorneys, pulled together like one man and went in like a Bulldozer. They started to work on my son's case which was a massive thick Court File containing 5 years of information. Long hours & late nights did not scare DPS off. Within one (1) day after taking they case they already filed their aposing Affidavit and two days later they have already filed their answering Affidavit. DPS WON our case WITH cost to be paid by the opponent. (Which is very rare to get granted by the courts). The best interest of the minor child was DPS's priority throughout this matter but it was also important to them to win the case for their client (in this case my son). All I can say.... is that if you have any legal battle ........DPS Attorneys is were you should go if you seek the best representation in your case. I have never come across such fired up Attorneys. They will fight for you & they mean BUSINESS with their opponent! They are Extremely knowledgeable about the law and highly Professional. And they are like wild dogs on steroids.... going in for the kill. No Doubt, the Best Of The BEST!!! Thank you Debbie & Pierre Smith from DPS Attorneys. You guys are AWESOME!!! 👊💪
