The staff is fairly friendly however the infrastructure is not in good condition and the whole building is in the bushes due to plantation which is not being managed or taken care of, as a matter of fact the municipality looks like some old abounded building we used to see in the scary movies. Even when you get inside it’s dark, dodgy looking and very scary.
