My experience with IOPSA was the most amazing experience, they are genuine helpful people. My problem was due to a plumber that was not PIRB compliant no through my neglect but due to a managing agent having the incorrect contractors on board but IOPSA went out there way to guide me in the right direction and let me share with everybody if ever you are in doubt, the cost you have to incur due to the fact the plumber belonged to another association which I wish no consumer will have to deal with, it is worth every cent spent. I honestly wish there were more stars to rate my experience as there would have to be many pages for the stars. Well Done to the IOPSA team you are doing an amazing job. Gerrie Botha took his time to make sure all was in order and the report that was done was in detail what needs to be rectified. Consumers please be aware and make sure you bring in the accredited contractors to save yourself a lot of heartache and financial loss. IOPSA has filled a massive hole in a profession that sorely needed it to be filled. It is the connection between plumber and public and visa-versa. The advice and help available is phenomenal, and they provide a consistent "touch point" for the plumbers that otherwise may feel alone and isolated. From a consumer perspective, IOPSA provides a route of recourse which is relatively simple and very effective. IOPSA intervention in these matters are always unbiased and state only the facts.
