We contacted Heini because we had a strangely shaped plot, so that he could get the most out of the plot. He surprised us and went the extra mile when we had to make a few changes during the build process. We feel the money we spent was well worth it! Thank you Heini and team for our beautiful house and for your superb and friendly service!

Our house is based on Heini's design and it is beautiful. Absolutely every person who has visited our new home agrees with my statement. Not only is it beautiful but also comfortable, welcoming and perfectly practical. The entertainment area is awesome. A friend who is a retired architect had only positive remarks about the design. I approached Heini Van Niekerk Architects after our original Architect failed for a 3rd consecutive attempt in having our plans approved by the building council. After requesting the assistance of Heini, it became clear that we had multiple issues relating to our initial architects drawing and specific supporting documents required for a successful council submission. Heini was extremely well informed, helpful and managed to get our plans approved without even having to redraft our initial plan, savings us thousands in fees!
