I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new SMEG location at the waterfront. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. I went to the store to fix my blender, and the staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me with my blender. They took the time to understand the issue I was experiencing and provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. They were also able to provide me with valuable advice on how to care for and maintain my blender to prevent future issues. Overall, I would highly recommend SMEG to anyone in need of appliance repair or looking to purchase high-quality appliances. The staff at the waterfront location were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. I will definitely be returning to SMEG for all of my future appliance needs.

Well done to SMEG Cape Town! Honestly one of the best customer service I have experienced! What started off with great disappointment (leaking kettle), I was gearing up to have a battle on my hands to have it replaced. I had to have my kettle's lid repaired - service was excellent but I must say the lid is still opening slowly as it had done before it broke off. A bit disappointed in the quality of this very expensive kettle.

Please visit the SMEG showroom before you redo your kitchen @GreenPoint, ask for Ana Fugareu, she is one of the best things to happen to SMEG... They don't just sell stoves, no kidding, they even have amazing kitchen sinks (I know right)...
