I called Juma Trading after hours and they called back within an hour to book me for assistance the following morning. They arrived the next morning, completed the job and were very diligent. I even received further advice for future purposes to make sure my appliance stays protected. Great service! Thank you Juma Trading!

The service was top class, the team was responsive to our submitted ticket within a hour we had our microwave collected and during the 4 days we had consist communication regarding the processes of the service. Same day service. Great service! The remote would not switch on the Tv! No one could help! Told me it was permanently damaged due to surge through loadshed. I searched and was lucky enough to find Juma Trading. They came out straight away. Very reasonable charges to replace the motherboard which was not receiving anymore on this 12year old Samsung. Guy also cleaned the TV and the whole quality now is perfect. Mosty this irreparable TV has been repaired. I did not have to buy a new TV as had been suggested by other?! Thank you Juma
