I was assisted by Theo on a laptop that had software issues, Theo understood my time constraints and went over and above what was expected to meet my deadline, he kept me updated regularly throughout the process and was able to rectify the issues. What a breath of fresh air to deal with somebody that loves his job and in lieu delivered impeccable customer service, not only to me but to the other customers he was also working with at the same time, I was blown away by the INCREDIBLE service, not something you find often in retail outlets. Well done Theo, I will most definitely be returning to your store in the future.

The staff at Incredible Connection Middelburg do attend to us as customers. On my last visit, I was looking for a printer cable and I found it with ease. Their 2-week return policy for lighter items—such as cables and certain storage discs—helps ensure that whatever you have bought works well. In my case, I kept the printer cable as it worked well during this period.
