Reviews of Rentoza
Customer service is quick and helpful. Application and verification took a bit longer than I felt it should. Delivery of phone was very quick once the above process was completed. Overall it was a pleasant experience doing business with Rentoza, so far.
I took one star away because I'm not gonna lie the verification process is grueling. Luckily I had all my paperwork on hand so there wasn't too much stress on my side. Just be patient during the verification because once your order is approved its literally a breeze. I was verified on Saturday and received my order on Tuesday morning.
Definitely worth it I'll be ordering again soon. It's not a scam, the consultants keep you informed through out the whole process until you receive your item.
Waited almost 2 months because the supplier didn't have the model of the laptop I paid for and that was advertised. This came to light after I paid already. A different laptop was delivered eventually at a price of R240 more per month but it was atleast a working laptop. I suggest Rentoza communicates more ffecrively with their supplier to keep updated products that are available.
Very quick service overall with regular updates on your delivery which was super quicck as well.

First time using Rentoza.
Had a good experience.. Only Hickup was that I was Using a Rather new Bank ( Bank Zero ) and took a bit longer to verify. But after that everything went quick. Delivery was a week early.
Had the best experience subscribing but now I cant activate my device and I've sent emails with no reply
I was very happy when I received my PlayStation 5 the only problem I had was the verification process it’s not up to par however I did get a lot of assistance would rate 5/5 if the verification process was easier to complete.

My daughter ordered a phone with Rentoza, the application process was quick, hassle free and the agents responded promptly (after working hours). The verification process was easy too. Her order was scheduled with 14 business days after the order was complete. To our surprise, she received delivery within a week. We are very happy.
I am very happy with the service. I just think the communication channel must be more productive
I will give a 5 star rating when the verification of banking details is much smoother. I really got frustrated with it, having to type my details every time. It might've been an error on my side but I doubled checked everything and it still took nearly hour just to connect several times. Other than that, the service is great and the products are legit. Only thing that caught me off guard is when they sent the wrong colour but I didn't mind it, it grew on me eventually and I'm loving it. Thank you Rentoza! With just a few minors tweaks you guys will be making a lot of money and I believe you guys can expand your variety really soon. Keep up the good work!
Also, the reason why there are different people contacting you is because they use a ticket system called Zendesk which I use for my work as well and everyone has access to your query. So if the person you were talking to doesn't answer it's because tickets come in and get assigned or get passed through. Sometimes agents can claim ownership of the ticket and work on that one specific ticket or they can work in teams. So would you rather have an agent sticking to one ticket at a time and letting everyone wait? Or would you have someone else tend to your query in the meantime to get a faster response?
I have two cellphones with Rentoza. Both times, verification was quick and easy. Delivery only took a few days. Delivered straight to my work address. I would recommend Rentoza to anyone. As long as information supplied is correct, there wont be problems and issues.

The whole process is transparent and easy to complete. When verified the order takes even less days to deliver than the usual three days mentioned on the website. I have ordered two items so far from them and i very happy with their services.

Great experience for me honestly. I subscribed and added my item, the varification was done quickly with good communication, received my item today within the promised delivery date and item arrived in perfect order. Already working on my second order. Highly recommended service.
I think things would have been more better if my situation was handled by one agent and not different agents which lead to confusion. I am however happy with my device, and the communication received with the individual that i was communicating with via Facebook, as well as the person who helped me unlock my phone as it was quicker than expected. I would rate my overall experience a 6/10.
A big thank you to Dimpho...you are a star. Overall constant communication and clear instructions on verification. I am however disappointed on the delivery, my order was split with one delivery received in 14 days and the second one I am told it is delayed and will be received in 7 to 14 working days. My advice is to notify us on your stock holding.

No One has come back to about a refund on a TV i never got. you didnt want to accept my tv licence and yet no refund 5 months down the line. i email i get ignored.
At first I was a bit hesitant to apply for anything, but eventually I gave it a go and got a device i was interested in. I've received good customer service from Kenny and awaiting delivery of my device.
Rentoza should reconsider their customer journey. Their current system is so rigid and super inconvenient. However, I'd like to shout out the support team who've had to deal with my constant nagging.
Also shout out to Khaya Mazibuko who helped me set up my device in such a calming fashion.
Rentoza had a bumpy start but has improved over the last couple of years, it is clear that their management team has listened to their clients and started the correction process and succeeded in doing so. Communication is still a bit tricky and a bit to slow but every thing else did improve. They surely now are the leaders and an one of a kind company in South Africa that is helping so many South Africans that lost their Credit Names durring Covid-19 to be able to get their hands on the latest products hazzle free.
Very good service and easy to work with rentoza and in addition good products for good prices
