I use the metro bus and its easily accessible because there a but stop opposite to the shop. They have great services but the shop lacks sanitary products compared to the other shops . So if you want basic household products,I would not suggests this pep branch

Had an amazing customer experience with 3 staff members on Monday the 5/07/21 around 13pm. A friend & i were looking for some items that we couldn't find & the lady on the floor who's name starts with a D [light in complexion] gladIy assisted us w/ a smile on her face & went an extra mile to give us a box to insert breaking items into as soon as we were done w/ our purchase. The cashier also gave us 0 issues at that -her name was Lihle. Another co-worker by the name of Kgomotso assisted Lihle in packaging the items ensuring efficient service for both us & the customers following us. Thank you so much for that Pep home team [Eloff]. We appreciate such friendly & enthusiastic individuals. May i add that the store was neat & clean too- loved to see that!👍
