I would like to express my thanks to Puseletso for his exceptional service and compassion on the 4th of September 2024. He was attentive and noticed i was not feeling well, and he was kind enough to offer me a seat, ensuring I was comfortable while he set up the decoder. Thank you Puseletso and the decoder did not give me any problems when I arrived home.

Competitions with competitors are affecting Multichoice badly. In the decade, Multichoice was a successful and profitable company because it was the only company in our country. Multichoice lost many shareholders, and their share price is not attractive . Showmax and Netflix are inexpensive whereas Multichoice is expensive.

It's a neat and tidy facility. There should be a sales counter for buying remotes, etc instead of having to wait in the queuing system.

"Sort it yourself" DSTV stuff. When you need to speak to a human. Waiting time 5 to 10 mins if not busy. Always gotstockon hand for all TV / DSTV related items.
