The only outstanding aspect about this shop is the manageres , Bernadette. Always friendly, helpful, and curtious. The staff, however, never smiles and is usually not a helpful crowd. Although a big Mr. Price home, I can never find the awesome products that are available in the bigger city branches. ONE EXTREMELY ANNOYING situation occurred today. As an interior decorator, I do buy a lot of stock on occasions and bring back some for a credit. A new rule implemented by head office makes things difficult. At the entrance of the shop. You get stopped by security, where they check your invoice, count the items, write down tons of stuff, and then this security lady takes everything to the pay point. It's totally ridiculous and takes up so much unnecessary time. The security lady working at the front door can also work on her customer skills. She was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Thank you for your awesome service! The gentleman was very helpful with the furniture section. I absolutely love my new table, the quality is very good and it was quite easy to install. Very friendly staff overall. Keep it up!
