Now here's a store that's fast, friendly and neat. Appreciate the tidyness, fact that you walk in and won't be left wandering around for more than 2 minutes. Somebody will always walk up and offer assistance. If they can't help you, they offer advice on next steps. Only thing when taking in 2nd hand laptops the resale is not high, so don't expect great payouts.

Incredible Connection I went to collect my online order for some of the rechargeable batteries I ordered. When I went there, the manager came and showed me the broken pack of batteries kept together using a lot of tape. He told that the online showed the wrong inventory and he can return the money. I also said that I can get anything else and offered me another product for the same rate. I got two set of batteries and a charger at the price of 2 pack of batteries. Good customer quality and service. Thanks

I received such great service from Dorris (and another male staff member, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember). There isn’t much to say other than the fact that she was extremely patient with me during my application process, she answered all of my questions well and she didn’t rush me into any hasty decisions. These are such important traits, especially for someone who has never made an “expensive credit” purchase before. A few of the other staff members could take lessons from these two and I am so glad that I had an encounter with them. Another plus considering my first experience at an Incredible Connection (Greenstone) was absolutely terrible. Thank you Dorris!

Probably the best branch I've been to. But the fact that they don't have small plastics for the items you buy isn't good. They only have big bags. Meaning you have to buy a product and walk around with it in your hand. Not necessarily friendly. Needs to be changed.
