Contacted many online “companies” to repair our ovens, including the official manufacturer/agent. My last call was to Bergen’s Edenvale. Helena was friendly, polite and super efficient. Technicians were also friendly, polite and repaired our ovens in no time. Refreshing to have such brilliant service!!! If Google reviews had more than 5 stars, Bergen’s would get an even better review. WELL DONE BERGEN’S!!!

Excellent and friendly service from Bergen's and Helena in particular. I left an enquiry on the website and she called me that same day. My dishwasher was picked up the next day. Helena communicated with me via WhatsApp which was really convenient. The quotation and delivery was free of charge, unbelievable in this day and age. They were recommended by a friend and I won't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Great service!

A BIG thank you to Helena and her staff. They installed a compressor and fixed the old freezer well. I collected the freezer, but had no cash, and Helena gave me the bank details, I promised to promptly pay the account. I had problems with 2 online payments I made, that seems to have shown "paid" on my side but it was never. It took me another 2 weeks to get the money. Helena was supportive and never phoned and asked for the money, the other business phoned me about every other day. Even though I paid so late, Helena continued to treat me with respect and never made me feel bad for defaulting. I will send all my appliances to Bergen Meadowdale always. I was treated like a person and not like a 100 rand note.
