She’s just really GOOD! Been for one visit, but what a difference! Been struggling with what I thought was shoulder issues actually turned out to be neck issues. Had so much work done on my shoulder, session after session with the physio with no relief. After just one session with Tarryn and I can honestly say that it feels loads better! She’s got an excellent, gentle technique! So satisfying to hear and feel those cracks! Thanks Tarryn!

Best Chiropractor I've ever been to and incredible person. I've had an issue with Root nerve irritation and seen many GP's and specialists. Tarryn was the first person to sit me down and explain what was happening in my body thoroughly. She emailed GP's and neurologists on my behalf, called regularly to follow up on treatments and if they working (which they have been). Really outstanding Chiropractor. Highly recommended.

I love going to Dr Mey, she has helped me so much. I needed to find a chiropractor closer to home after I moved and I am thrilled I found her. She has helped me through different types of pain and injury. She follows up, explains everything, and is a great source of knowledge if you wish to learn more about what might be causing pain or discomfort within your body. I can't recommend Dr Mey enough. The practice is located in a beautiful building with easy off-street parking.

I'm not even sure where to begin!!!!!!! From the moment I called to make an appointment I was made to feel cared for and in safe hands to say the least. Even though I managed to catch Dr Mey while she was running she still took the time to get my details and promised to call me back. I didn't hold my breath but low and behold, an hour or so later my cellphone rang and DR Mey confirmed my symptoms and we made an appointment for the next morning at 8am as I had no meetings to attend that day. When I arrived at her rooms she was waiting in the lobby and essentially gave me the run of the mill and what i could expect, BUT THEN she astonished me by not only taking a complete history, not rudimental and then confirmed my history with multiple tests and palpitations. By this point i was completely sold and comfortable. BUT WAIT.....THERES MORE....Dr Mey didn't just check for the discomfort I mentioned but did a complete assesment on muscle function, strength, posture, stability and balance to strengthen her suspicions as to my "injuries", discomfort and possible causes. At this point i will mention despite the fact that I now have an "office 9-5" I still run, swim, cycle, climb, hike and play competitive football, cricket and even chess. So as far as i was concerned the tightness in my back was merely due to inactivity because of a psoas strain I had suffered playing cricket a few weeks earlier which made me slow down to heal. To some this next part may sound scary or even painful, but to be completely honest she walked me through the entire process with regards to what to expect and what i might feel. So even though 15 years ago I had an accident doing high jump and I had seen a chiropractor before. What Dr Mey offers has a far greater scope than what most would think when they hear the word chiropractor. So at this point we had discussed what the treatment options were and possible causes and despite all the sport and exercise she had found some muscle weakness and also explained how this had impacted my back as well as to explain how all the activity and sport had just masked my "pain" and the soreness after excersion​ that I considered normal was actually my body telling where the issues were. Needless to say that many a snap, crackle and pop later i felt not only taller and lighter BUT sleepy!!!!! Sleep, this is a five letter word that I use so sporadically that one would think I am only able to function at night!!!! If i get 8hrs a week it's a great week. When i left Dr Mey's rooms i went home to shower and then planned on doing some admin at the office ..... Instead I woke up at home 9hours later feeling light as feather and i would most likely had slept all the way till the next morning if my fiance did not call me as i had been quiet all day....Which is u unusual. I have slept more in the weeks since I've started seeing Dr Mey than this entire year. I have even started talking my mom who has had Chronic back issues for as long as i remember. So to anyone who needs or has considered seeing a chiropractor or as in my case just wanted toake sure i was "ok" after my little strain. THERE IS NO OTHER CHIROPRACTOR I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!
